Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your eyewear in its original case and box.
Drop Off Package
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Refund or Exchange
